'Mark had a project going here in South East South Australia. I used to walk past the site each day as I walked my dog, Zoe. The house had a cathedral roof which really made it stand out, especially when they put the new colourbond on. One day while looking at the roses near the front fence - we got talking and then he showed me through the place. It wasn't finished but I could see its potential.

So I bought the house - it's where I live now and I just love it. I've now got a lovely deck and a bathroom with a limestone feature - it's nice especially with the heated floors.

'Mark was great, he stripped and completely rebuilt my bathroom and kitchen. It's a two storey apartment with big balconies in a heritage listed old homestead.

He helped me get the plans done and then negotiated with North Sydney Council to get the DA. Just like his business 'Action Cat'... he was quick and careful and kept my place clean... even though walls and floor boards had to be removed.

I love my new kitchen... and I love the bathroom. Mark was helpful in sourcing bathroom fittings and the appliances. He gets really involved with look and feel, which helped with the overall design and colours and lots of things you have to think about with reno's.'
