'Mark had a project going here in South East South Australia. I used to walk past the site each day as I walked my dog, Zoe. The house had a cathedral roof which really made it stand out, especially when they put the new colourbond on. One day while looking at the roses near the front fence - we got talking and then he showed me through the place. It wasn't finished but I could see its potential.

So I bought the house - it's where I live now and I just love it. I've now got a lovely deck and a bathroom with a limestone feature - it's nice especially with the heated floors.
